Magazine photography is where I learned to think visually under pressure: commissioning covers, features, portraits, and conceptual work across print, web, and social, on strict deadlines and across time zones. I spent three years at Time, a year at Fortune, and two years at Wired, where I led photography for Wired.com and helped win Website of the Year in 2015 from the Society of Publication Designers. I still bring that editorial grounding and joy of creative storytelling to every project, whether it’s relating complex ideas in a single image, capturing a subject’s character with a portrait, or surprising the audience with an unexpected moment.
